Biosketch

Dr Yohanes Ting is a Consultant with the Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery in National University Hospital. He graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2012. He commenced his training in Otolaryngology under the ACGME-I accredited National University Health System Otolaryngology Residency Programme in 2015. He further obtained the post graduate qualifications of Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) in 2014, as well as the Masters of Medicine in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery in 2018. Dr Ting completed his Residency training in 2020, serving as the National Otolaryngology Chief Resident in his pen-ultimate year of training.

Dr Ting is trained in all aspects of the medical and surgical management of general ear, nose and throat conditions. He has a special interest in Facial Plastics surgery and reconstructive surgery of the Head & Neck.

In addition, Dr Ting enjoys teaching and is a clinical educator with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He is actively involved in the teaching of medical undergraduates as well as post graduate residents of the Otolaryngology Residency Programme.

In the area of research, Dr Ting has published in peer-reviewed international journals. He has also presented his work in multiple local, regional and international Otolaryngology conferences on multiple topics in the field of Otolaryngology.
